Our standard MOQ starts from 100 pcs. Fully customised fabric products (Pantone colour matching, embroidery) start from 500 pieces; fully custom rigid box structures start from 300 pieces. Standard designs across most categories — rigid gift boxes, fabric pouches, mailer boxes and paper bags — qualify for the 100-piece minimum. Standard-style samples of 5–10 pieces are free of charge (buyer covers shipping); custom samples are charged at cost, refundable against your first bulk order of 500+ pieces.

Physical samples are ready in 3–7 working days after artwork confirmation. Mass production takes 10–15 working days for fabric pouches and 15–20 working days for rigid gift boxes, after sample approval and receipt of 30% deposit. For orders exceeding 20,000 pieces, lead time is 20–30 working days. Genesis maintains an on-time delivery rate above 95% across all export markets.

Full customisation is available across all dimensions: size and shape (any dimension, including bespoke structural design); colour (20+ standard options or Pantone colour matching); logo method — hot foil stamping, embossing/debossing, screen printing, spot UV, or embroidery for fabric products; material — premium rigid board, FSC-certified kraft, velvet, satin, linen, organic cotton; and internal components — velvet lining, foam inserts, ribbon pull, magnetic closure. All customisation is confirmed via a physical sample before bulk production begins.

Yes. Genesis holds FSC® Chain of Custody certification, meaning we can supply FSC-certified paper and board with full material traceability documentation — a requirement for brands selling into the EU under the new PPWR (Packaging & Packaging Waste Regulation), adopted Feb 2025 with most obligations applying from August 2026. We offer recyclable mono-material structures, plastic-free options, biodegradable and compostable substrates, and reusable/refillable designs. GRS-certified recycled materials are available for fabric pouch orders.

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T deposit before production and 70% T/T balance before shipment. All orders placed through our Alibaba store are eligible for Trade Assurance — Alibaba's payment protection programme that covers your order against non-delivery or quality issues. PayPal is accepted for sample payments. We also accept bank transfer (T/T), Western Union and credit card via our Alibaba storefront.

We offer air express (DHL, FedEx, UPS — 3–5 working days to most countries), air freight, and sea freight (FCL/LCL — 15–30 days, recommended for orders over 500 kg). Incoterms available: FOB Xiamen, EXW factory, CIF destination port. We can arrange freight on your behalf or ship on your existing courier account number. All shipments include a commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

Pricing depends on product type, size, quantity, and customisation level. As a general guide: fabric pouches from USD 0.25–1.50/pc; rigid gift boxes from USD 0.80–6.00/pc; mailer boxes from USD 0.50–1.80/pc; paper shopping bags from USD 0.30–1.20/pc. Genesis is a one-stop packaging factory — we manufacture rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, fabric pouches (velvet, satin, linen, cotton, organza), and accessory items (hangtags, tissue paper, ribbon, inserts) all in-house. This means one supplier, one point of contact, consistent brand identity across all packaging elements, and simplified logistics. Many of our clients order their full packaging suite — box, pouch, bag and inserts — in a single purchase order.
